ALPA Wake-up for Phase One Backs
ALPA Wake-up for Phase One Backs
If your back has one of the following camera adaptations
- Hasselblad V
- Hasselblad H1/H2
- Mamiya 645 AFD/AFD II
- Contax 645
you can use your Phase One digital back together with the ALPA system. Our adapters for the above mentioned types of cameras are adjustable (plus/minus 3/10th mm) if the sensor is not correctly orientated or if you are using your back adjusted for a special focal flange distance.
Please note that your Phase One back needs a wake-up as the adaptation is mechanically only with the ALPA and make sure that your back is set to "large format mode" or what ever is applicable (see your Phase One manual).
You can perform this wake-up as follows:
- use the ALPA add-on handgrip with wake-up cabling for ALPA 12 TC and WA/SWA - set your back to "long latency", push the wake-up button (left hand grip) and trip the shutter within 5 seconds
- double release (you fire the shutter twice within the given time; see your Phase One manual)
- using a Phase One wake-up cable (push the wake-up button and release the shutter within the given time, see your Phase One manual)
- using a Kapture Group One Shot Cable release (please follow the instructions of the leaflet that comes with it)
- using a Rollei electronic shutter and Rollei lens control S (see Phase One knowledge base)
